Aptamil Redemption of Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
1. With every $280 worth of Aptamil participating products^, redeem a Oribel Portaplay Convertible Activity Center - Wonderland Adventures (worth S$199).
2. ^Participating products: Aptamil Gold+ Stage 2, 3 and 4 (900g); Aptamil Gold+ HA Stage 2 (800g) and Aptamil Gold+ HA Prosyneo GUM. Excludes all types of infant formula (0-6 months).
3. Promotion period: 5 – 8 Dec 2019. While stocks last.

5. Purchases can be made in a single or multiple receipts during the promotion period.
6. Combined multiple receipts from participating retailers will be capped to a maximum of 3 receipts per redemption.
7. This promotion is open to anyone residing in Singapore except the employees and immediate families of AptaAdvantage. No traders allowed.
8. Scan original receipts or tax invoices with participating retailer’s* name, purchased items, date of purchase and receipt number. Ensure all are captured clearly in the image to avoid disqualification.
9. Original receipts or tax invoices are required to be uploaded online or presented during redemption at Little Baby Redemption Office.
10. All redemption entries have to be submitted online by 15th Dec 2019, 23:59 Hr.
11. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure Terms & Conditions in No.1 to 10 are met in order to qualify for the promotion. No calls will be made by AptaAdvantage or its agencies to inform the participants of the disqualification.
12. All redemption letters, with the exception of purchases made via FairPrice On and Official Aptamil Wechat store will be sent to the email address provided by the participant 2 weeks after the promotion period.
13. Redemption for Oribel Portaplay Convertible Activity Center - Wonderland Adventures (worth S$199) will be located at Little Baby Redemption Office, 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, #02-06A, Main Lobby, Singapore 569511.
14. Redemptions are awarded on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
15. Limited to ONE(1) Oribel Portaplay Convertible Activity Center - Wonderland Adventures redemption per household.
16. All redemption items are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.
17. AptaAdvantage reserves the rights to substitute the redemption item with other items of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
18. By taking part in this redemption, participants agree to accept without condition that AptaAdvantage may elect to use your personal information contained herein for legit business purposes whilst placing your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
